1 month agoDoobie Brothers at the Venue. Excellent show. Sound mix and volume were well managed. The facility was well maintained. The hospitality workers were very attentive and courteous. If there was any downside it would be traffic tye up leaving. It took 33 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

2 month agoI was in Rocklin on a date and decided to stop by Thunder Valley Casino Resort since it’s only about 10 minutes away — and wow, what a night. Walked in with a few hundred, played some slots and blackjack, and ended the night up $1,300 plus a beautiful room at an amazing rate. The staff were amazing — friendly, upbeat, and genuinely made the experience feel special. The drinks were perfect too — their bartenders know how to mix a drink just right, and the service all night was top-tier. Our room was spotless and came stocked with thoughtful extras — shave kits, soaps, bubble bath sets, slippers — little things that make a huge difference. It felt more like a luxury resort stay than just a quick casino stop. And I’ve got to mention the gift shop — picked up an awesome Thunder Valley jacket that I haven’t been able to take off all week. I’ve been telling everyone the story of that night — from the big win to the great people — because it really was that memorable. Between the welcoming staff, great drinks, and lucky tables, Thunder Valley absolutely delivered. This was my first time really playing here, but definitely not my last. Can’t wait to come back for round two soon!

2 month agoEverything was awesome and its decor is spectacular. Rooms are nice and since I’ve been there previously I see new improved color and decor in rooms. I love their bar bathrooms. Maid service ladies are friendly. We have one problem only, as we left. Valet guys. Better professionalism, smile more & maybe some type of uniform worn that’s snazzy looking

3 month agoEven though I live 7 miles away from thunder valley, it's always a treat to spend a night here. The rooms have been remodeled. And the beds are super comfortable.. Also ate at high-stakes restaurant, which was fantastic as usual 5 stars.

3 month agoI had a great time at Thunder Valley. The casino is clean and well-maintained, and both the restaurants and restrooms were nicely kept. One thing I’ve never loved about casinos is having to walk through smoking areas to reach the non-smoking section. I understand that smoking is part of the casino atmosphere, but not all gamblers are smokers. But there is a non smoking section so that's cool. The concert venue was surprisingly decent, and the spa was excellent—very relaxing and beautifully designed. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently welcoming and friendly, and there’s plenty of parking available, which made things easy. Cons: The rewards program was disappointing. If you're staying at the hotel and spending money on-site, you should earn points for all purchases. Also, if you forget your rewards card in your room, it would be helpful to show your receipt and still get credit. There was some miscommunication around that and the advertised 5% discount, which made the experience less smooth than expected.

3 month agoRooms are 5 star Diamond! Lots of amenities. Certain parts of hotel and Casino have a horrible perfumed scent. Restrooms are luxurious. Slots are super tight and bad payouts. Played low and high volatility.
